Pharmaceutical name:
Tadalafil
Tadarise is used for treating erectile dysfunction. It is classified as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which facilitates increased blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal, enabling you to achieve and sustain an erection.
Use Tadarise precisely as directed by your physician. The typical initial dose for most men is 10 mg, and it should not be taken more than once per day. Some individuals may need to take a lower dose due to underlying health conditions or other medications they may be using. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage for you.
Tadarise may cause a sudden decrease in blood pressure to dangerous levels if used in conjunction with certain other medications like nitrates and alpha-blockers, as well as recreational substances that contain nitrates, often referred to as "poppers." A rapid drop in blood pressure can lead to dizziness, fainting, or even result in a heart attack or stroke. Until you know how Tadarise affects you, it’s wise to be cautious while driving or operating heavy machinery. Tadarise has some lactose and should be avoided by individuals who are lactose intolerant. Additionally, refrain from consuming grapefruit juice during treatment, as it may heighten the risk of adverse side effects when taken with Tadarise. If you are currently using any medications containing nitrates or nitric oxide, have uncontrolled blood pressure (either high or low), or have a history of stroke or heart attack, Tadarise should not be used.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and proceed with your normal dosing routine. Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one.
As mentioned earlier, Tadarise is a powerful medication that influences biochemical processes within the body, and some side effects may occur. None of these should be overlooked. Ideally, patients should experience no side effects at all. If any symptoms do arise, Tadarise should be discontinued immediately, and medical advice should be sought. Should you experience sudden chest tingling, pain, dizziness, or numbness during sexual activity, it’s essential to seek medical attention promptly, as this may signal intolerance to Tadarise.
The following are additional significant side effects that may arise: swelling of the limbs, numbness, chest heaviness accompanied by pain in the shoulder and arm area, feelings of unease or nausea, visual problems, changes in hearing, or auditory sensations such as ringing in the ears.
